1. Introduction

This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the use of digital and physical products provided by The Big Day ("Company"). By accessing, downloading, purchasing, or using any digital or physical product offered by The Big Day, you ("User") agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Ownership and Use

All digital and physical products, including but not limited to designs, content, graphics, templates, and any associated materials, created by The Big Day are the exclusive property of The Big Day and protected by intellectual property laws. These products are provided to Users for personal use only and may not be reused, redistributed, resold, modified, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from The Big Day.

3. Restrictions

Users are prohibited from using The Big Day's digital and physical products for any purposes other than personal use. This includes, but is not limited to, using the products for commercial gain, sharing or distributing products with others, modifying the products, or claiming the products as User's own work.

4. Personal Use Only

All digital and physical products provided by The Big Day are intended for personal use only. Users are permitted to use the products to plan and organize their own events and activities. The products may not be shared, distributed, or used in any way that violates the terms outlined in this Agreement.

5. No Resale or Redistribution

Users may not resell, share, distribute, or otherwise transfer the products to any third party, whether for free or for compensation. The resale or redistribution of The Big Day's products is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in The Big Day's digital and physical products, including copyright and trademark rights, are owned by The Big Day. Users acknowledge and agree that their use of the products does not grant them any ownership rights in the intellectual property.

7. Enforcement of Agreement

The Big Day reserves the right to monitor and enforce compliance with this Agreement. In the event that The Big Day becomes aware of any violation of this Agreement, the Company may take appropriate legal action to protect its rights and interests.

8. Termination of Access

Failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in the immediate termination of User's access to The Big Day's products without refund or compensation. The Company reserves the right to take further legal action if necessary.

9. Modifications to Agreement

The Big Day may update, modify, or amend this Agreement at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By accessing or using any digital or physical product provided by The Big Day, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Effective Date:

This Agreement shall commence and be enforceable with respect to each Product upon the date that the user purchases the Product.
